To qualify for free shipping, your order should be a minimum of Rs. 449 (inclusive of taxes). Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping charge of Rs. 90, with additional charges based on the delivery pincode.

Our standard delivery time is 4-5 days from the date of order placement. Please note that this may vary based on your location.

Our stickers are made from 250 GSM material, ensuring they are highly durable, waterproof, fade-proof, and scratch-resistant. They can be peeled and reused up to 5-6 times on different surfaces.

For optimal adhesion, make sure the surface is smooth, clean of dust, water, and oil. Clean the surface with a wet cloth, wipe it thoroughly, let it dry, and then apply the sticker.

It’s advisable to avoid sticking stickers on surfaces prone to excessive heat, extreme cold, or constant moisture. Additionally, surfaces with a highly textured finish may not provide optimal adhesion.

We maintain high-quality control standards, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at complaints@zatags.in with your order ID, an explanation of the issue, and pictures of the damaged/wrong sticker. Refunds or wallet credits will be processed within 20 days. Please note that color variations from the website images are not covered by the return and refund policy.
